As the song, “Beautiful” by Trading Yesterday, continues to play on the background I write this entry. I couldn’t remember when was the last time, I thought of something worth writing about but this.

Moms are the bravest kinds of soul. It doesn’t mean that a woman who can bear a child is a mom. Being a mother is a decision. It is that role that gives you the license to have multiple personalities. It takes a lot to become one.

It keeps me wondering, how can a person love someone who they haven’t met yet? It’s a miracle.

There are so many thoughts running inside my head as I write. I could have a list of a million things about moms but at the end of the day, all I know is when the world had turned its back on you, your mom will always be there to welcome you home.

Just thinking about that immense love that mothers can give… moves me to tears. A love so pure and wonderful. The love that gave a definition to our foundation. :)

Borrowing from Beautiful by Trading Yesterday:

So, moms always know that…

…we could never think of love without your name
As you remain—-

Beautiful—- like the summer rain to wash away the winter stain
Beautiful—- like the morning sun inviting the dawn to break
Beautiful—- like the joy that comes when the love you’ve longed for has just begun
Beautiful—- making everything brand new
